SOW (Statement of Work)

Project-based engagements with clearly defined deliverables, milestones, and timelines. We take end-to-end ownership of the project scope as per the SOW, ensuring on-time delivery and quality outcomes for fixed or milestone-based fees.

BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer)

We Build a team and Operate it to meet your project objectives, then Transfer the entire team and operations to you after a defined period. This de-risks setting up a local engineering team and ensures a smooth knowledge transfer and team integration.

FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) Placements

Deployment of our engineers on a full-time contract basis to augment your in-house team. You retain daily oversight, while we manage payroll and administrative overhead. This offers immediate access to specialized talent with the flexibility to ramp up or down.
