With our post-silicon validation support, clients accelerate time-to-market by rapidly identifying and resolving any silicon issues and optimizing yield.

Mixed-Signal and RF Validation

Characterization of mixed-signal IPs and RF transceivers for parameters like SNR, linearity, output power, and sensitivity. We use lab equipment and custom test boards to simulate real operating conditions.

Signal & Power Integrity Testing

Measuring signal integrity (eye diagrams, jitter analysis) and power integrity (transient droop, decoupling effectiveness) on silicon to ensure robust performance.

Failure Analysis & Debug

When issues arise, our post-silicon team performs fault isolation, root-cause analysis, and implements silicon workarounds or recommends design fixes. We also feed insights back to pre-silicon teams for improvement in the next revision.

ATE Platform Support

Test program development and bring-up on Automated Test Equipment such as Advantest V93000 (V93K), Teradyne J750, and Teradyne UltraFLEX. We create vectors and scripts to exercise digital and mixed-signal functions, and optimize test time.

Bench Testing (Analog/RF/Digital)

Comprehensive bench validation using high-end oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, and DMMs. We verify analog block performance (ADCs, DACs, PLLs), RF parameters, and high-speed interface compliance (PCIe, SerDes, USB, etc.) on bench setups.
